Returns & Refunds

30-day return window

Unopened items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Email us with your order number and we'll issue return instructions within one business day.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of receiving the returned item.

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photographs and we'll arrange a replacement.
